Return/Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY DEADLINE

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): items with obvious signs of use; any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

RETURN FEES (IF APPLICABLE)

If your return is not due to a defect, damage, or a shipment error on our part, the following fees will apply:

  • Return Shipping Fee: $9.95 flat rate per kit
  • Restocking Fee: 10% of the item's purchase price

These fees will be deducted from your refund. No return or restocking fees will be charged if the return is the result of our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective or damaged product upon arrival).

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at contact@hokalash.com. Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 8AM–5PM PST and we will reply within 24 hours.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at contact@hokalash.com. Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 8AM–5PM PST and we answer all emails within a 24-hour timeframe.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please email us at contact@hokalash.com for instructions — we will respond within 24 hours. Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 8AM–5PM PST. You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most recent version of this Return & Refund Policy before purchasing and using our products.
